Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Why isn’t the timer working?
- Water pressure too low (requires 0.05~0.8Mpa).
- Debris may be blocking the valve.
- Incorrect schedule setup.
- Rain delay is active.
- Batteries are low or using rechargeable batteries (1.2V insufficient).
Q2: Can’t connect to WiFi or Bluetooth?
- Only supports 2.4GHz WiFi – not 5GHz.
- Mixed 2.4G/5G networks can interfere – separate if possible.
- Distance from router is too far (limit: 15m / 49ft).
- Heavy WiFi load or poor router performance.
- Does not support Apple HomeKit.
- Only one smartphone can be connected at a time.
